Search and find pictures.
In the Gallery you can look up the article concerning the event where you had your dog's photograph taken. Please note that there may be several articles on the same event. Next, click the link 'see pictures' (above the picture). You will then be directed to the slideshow of the event.
There you can easily browse all the pictures. You can move both forward and backward through the pages or use our quick-search function by clicking the button on the top of the page to the right. When you click this button, a list of all the picture groups organised in a slideshow will pop up.
But what is a picture group? As we publish thousands of pictures, we try to organise them into logical groups. For example the group ' Best in Show' renders all pictures taken of the winners of the shows. The title of the group is on top of the frame, in which you find all the pictures presented in the slide show.
The picture you see in each group is the first picture of that group. Underneath the frame, there's a link that will bring you to all the pictures. Click that link and the entire group will pop up. With the return button, you can go back to the slideshow.
Order on line.
When:
If there's a button underneath the picture you want to order, you can do so on line. Otherwise, scroll down.
How:
Click the button below the picture you would like to buy. Then you will get a page where you can choose the format. Indicate how many pictures you would like to receive. Next, click the button underneath to add these pictures to your shopping cart. The confirmation of your purchase will appear on a new page. Click the link at the bottom of the page to return to the slideshow. Please repeat these steps for every picture you want to buy. You can also choose pictures from the various reports.
Your selection is ready? You wish to check the contents of your shopping cart? Or maybe you would like to change your purchase? Click the shopping cart icon, on the left hand side. You can also go to the shop with the navigation bar. There you'll find the contents of your shopping cart and the invoice. If you want to change your purchase, change the number of pictures per size. Click the button to confirm your modifications. The order and the bill will be modified. If you wish to delete a picture, fill out "o" (zero) for each size of the picture to be deleted.
If you are satisfied with your order, click the button at the bottom of the page to continue. You will be asked to log in in case you haven't yet done so. If you don't have a login, you can easily create one: click on the link at the bottom of the page.
After having logged in, you will get a final confirmation of you order and a final invoice. You can still alter your purchase if you want to. Go to the shopping cart. If you would like to place your order, please confirm our delivery conditions and the delivery address (you can change it in case it's incorrect). To confirm, tick the empty boxes with your mouse. Then click the button underneath the page. You order ha now been placed.
This is the confirmation of your order. Now, the only thing left to do, is the payment. You can choose between two options that are explained to you blow. Both options will be presented to you. Just choose the one you prefer.
Pay:
WITH CREDIT CARD: this is the easiest way to pay. Click the button to start the payment. You will be led to another page where you will be asked to give all the information needed. After the completion of the payment you can get started creating you own fun page (only if you pay with credit card). That's our way to thank you for your purchase. Another remark: since we cooperate with a specialised company, we can guarantee a secure payment service. We have no access to the data of your credit card and thus we cannot save or use them. That way, we can offer you the security you deserve.
WITHOUT CREDIT CARD: there are other means of payment too. After having selected the option to pay without creditcard, you will be presented a new window containing all necessary details to pay your order. Please note them down on some paper or print them out (click the print-button). One can pay via bank transfer using the account details outlined below. For other options, please e-mail us using the address you can find below. Please never forget to mention your order number !!!
If you don't find a button below the desired picture, you can only buy it offline.
How:
Click on the camera icon (file-icon) in the right-hand corner above the desired picture. A new window will pop-up containing all the data you need to describe the picture correctly. You can print these data with the print button. You will also find the e-mail address of the photographer of that picture. Please copy all the data of the desired pictures and send them in an e-mail to the photographer in question. He will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities and the procedures to have your pictures delivered.
Pay:
Happens in mutual understanding with the photographer in question.
